Martyn Lomax

Chairman and CEO

Martyn has over 14 years experience as a Network Engineer. His experience includes working for large telcos implementing and running their complex networks, managing network engineering teams, and working in various capacities for Juniper Networks. He was Partner Manager to one of Juniper Network’s largest European clients and has held other roles in network consulting and pre/post sales support.

Apart from being a specialist in Juniper Networks systems, Martyn has broad and deep knowledge in many complementary technologies and vendor systems. He has attained Juniper Network’s highest certification – Juniper Networks Certified Internet Expert (JNCIE-SP #876) and various other certifications. He holds a Computer Science degree from University of Portsmouth.

Ian Lowles

Non-executive Director

Ian is an experienced executive and non-executive director in the Information Technology & IT industry with a track record of building businesses across Asia, China & Japan. He has a highly successful record of working with companies that change the way we interact, transact and do business with consumers and business to business.

Ian has extensive international, general and VP management experience, forged with Oracle, in Europe, Asia and Japan building sales-led businesses organically and via M&A.  Ian is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a non-Executive Director of OtherLevels (OLV:ASX), The Reading Room Inc, and Messmo Holdings Pty Ltd.


Andrew Hill

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew has worked in Network Management for over twelve years. During that time he implemented and ran commercial Network Management systems for large telco networks. He also managed the complete development of a custom Network Management system at Telstra. Following that he managed IBM’s redevelopment project of their Remote Network Managed Services platform that provides their customers with visibility and control of their IP networks.

Most recently Andrew ran the Professional Services Practice for CA Technologies (Asia Pacific), responsible for the design and implementation of Service Assurance, Performance Management and Service Management platforms into customer environments.

Andrew has a Master of Business and Technology from the Australian School of Business, UNSW. 


Charl Matthee

Chief Technology Officer

Charl is a highly motivated technologist with incredibly broad and deep skills. He has worked effectively as a Systems Architect, Analyst, Developer, Systems Administrator and Security Architect in both large and small businesses in South Africa, Seychelles and Australia. His main goal is to demonstrate how technology solutions align to specific business problems through the application of Technical Architectures.

Charl believes in using the right tool for the job and is competent in several programming languages, operating systems, security systems and databases, enabling him to select the relevant tool to solve a problem. He has developed several Network Management and Performance Management tools for large enterprises and telcos.
