OneConfig Terms of Service
The websites, oneconfig.com and oneconfig.net, (collectively referred to as the "Site" in these Terms of Service) are owned and operated by OneConfig Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "OneConfig"). By using and accessing our Site, you ("you", "user" or, "end user") agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "Agreement").
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, immediately stop accessing this site.
You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
The Site may contain links to other websites maintained by third-parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the party by OneConfig Pty Ltd.
Modifications to this Agreement
OneConfig Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
Termination of Use
OneConfig Pty Ltd shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
You must be at least 16 years to use this Service.
You must be a human. Access or account registration by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide a valid email address in order to use the Service.
Maintaining the security of your account and password is always your responsibility. OneConfig cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Any abuse (including verbal, physical, written, threats of abuse or retribution) of any OneConfig customer, employee or member, will result in account termination.
You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws), or use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrades and Downgrades
The Service is billed in advance and is non-refundable. Refunds or credits for partial months of Service will not be given.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, excluding only Australian GST taxes (when applicable). You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. The only method of cancelling your account is via email to email@example.com.
Upon cancellation all of your information will be deleted from the Service. This information is not recoverable after the fact.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your billing anniversary, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
OneConfig, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account and will prohibit access to your Account, and all the information in your Account.
If, at the termination of a service, either paid or trial, where you do not remove the configuration on your device(s) that instruct it (them) to make a connection to OneConfig, OneConfig reserves the right to remove this configuration from your device(s) 10 days after your service has been terminated.
OneConfig reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
OneConfig reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided by posting the changes to the OneConfig.com or the Service itself at any time.
In no event shall OneConfig Pty Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Site, pricing changes, the discontinuation or suspension of the Service and other information obtained therein.

The look and feel of the Service is copyright©2015-2016 OneConfig.com Pty Ltd. All rights reserved. You require express written permission from OneConfig to duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the Service, theme or underlying code.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and you use the Service at your sole risk.
Technical support is available via email only, unless otherwise agreed.
You understand that OneConfig uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, networking, software, storage and related technology required to run the Service.
You must not change, adapt or hack the Service. You must not modify another website so as to imply that it is associated with the Service or OneConfig.
If your usage of, or abuse of, the Service negatively impacts other OneConfig users, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or terminate your access to the Service.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by OneConfig.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
OneConfig does not warrant that: a. the service will meet your specific requirements b. the service will be available, responsive, secure, or error-free c. the quality of the service will meet your expectations, and d. any errors in the Service will be corrected.
You expressly understand and agree that OneConfig shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if OneConfig has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: a. the use or the inability to use the service b. the cost of acquiring substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service c. alteration of or unauthorized access to your transmissions or data d. statements or conduct of any third party on the service e. or any other matter relating to the service.
The failure of OneConfig to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
OneConfig reserves the right to make minor changes to the portion of your device(s)'s configuration that supports the remote connection to OneConfig. Configuration changes will only be made where necessary to improve performance and/or availability, or enhance security, of the service.
Any dispute between you and OneConfig shall be governed exclusively by and determined by reference to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and OneConfig and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and OneConfig (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
